Meet Jessi Dall, Founder of Sophos

A partner you can trust to help you navigate all the ups and downs of your child’s journey

Jessi leads Sophos with over 20 years of experience in education and child development. Alongside her professional credentials, she’s also a mom of 3 who has advocated for and supported her own neurodiverse children. Jessi and her husband adopted their third child, so she deeply understands the adoptive mom journey, too. 

She knows exactly how frustrating it is when traditional learning environments, structures, and supports don’t meet your child’s needs. Jessi saw how cookie-cutter methods, prescriptive solutions, and a lack of collaboration made it harder for parents and schools to give students the level of support they needed. 

And that’s exactly why she built Sophos. To create a place where children are seen and understood, where parents can find the answers they’ve been searching for, and where experts can collaborate and work together.

  • We take the time to get to know your child and learn more about their strengths, challenges, goals, interests, history, environment, and your family’s priorities.

  • Using available data (tests, records, conversations, observations, and assessments), we’ll choose where your child needs to begin.

  • We’ll pair your child with the educator, coach, therapist, or professional who best aligns with their needs.

  • You’ll know exactly what services your child will receive, what goals they are working toward, how we’ll measure progress, and all of the logistics involved.

  • We use evaluation data and input from you and your child’s team to ensure they are on track and make changes where and when they are needed.

    Our physical location conveniently serves students, families, and schools in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Peoria, Cavecreek, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Surprise, Deer Valley, Peoria, and Glendale.

  • Sophos is an approved ClassWallet vendor. All of our services are eligible for ESA spending, and we can help you determine what’s possible for your specific situation and needs.

    We do not accept insurance, but we can provide a superbill to submit for potential reimbursement. We also accept flex spending.

  • Sophos Speech and Academics offers in-person, in-home, and on-campus services in the greater Phoenix area and select online services across the United States. Telehealth services are available statewide.
